**What do you like best about vizajobs?**

Working as a recruiter who is looking for ways to create a diverse team, I found that Vizajobs was quite different from any similar platform.  To help such talented people from different backgrounds get work from home remote jobs.

**What do you dislike about vizajobs?**

I lack some enthusiasm in the site’s activities given the fact that it is mainly developed for remote jobs.  This can be somewhat limiting especially when looking for individual in certain professions.

**What problems is vizajobs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vizajobs helps overcome the problem of having to demonstrate that the company seeks to create a diverse staff by offering me a wider pool of diverse candidates.  This has made me select a wider talent pool and hence a better recruitment process.
