**What do you like best about Visma Severa?**

Its intuitive interface allows a user to engage in several activities simultaneously, specifically when tracking the journey of every lead or enquiry. It has some interesting features that make the job and process very simple. Its automation has the following advantages: work is done timely, human error in projects does not exist and everything is correct.

**What do you dislike about Visma Severa?**

It has simpler dynamics for searching and sorting. The right training is required to operate it properly.

**What problems is Visma Severa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been an important tool in the battle to deal with challenges such as project management because it serves as a central hub for all things related to projects. As large projects are much easier to control, less human labor is required for it and more time can be devoted to the process of planning. The sales cycle, its smooth API connectivity with other products enhances our opportunity management.

**What do you like best about Visma Severa?**

Planning and tracking of project activities is very seamless.
We are able to book billable as well as no billable hours very effectively.
The software calculates the time tracking as required.

**What do you dislike about Visma Severa?**

it needs training for better understanding.
While doing any customization, it offers less exploration. We have to avoid very complex customization.
otherwise it is great tool for smaller companies to manage project activities.

**What problems is Visma Severa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a consulting firm. Hence, we work on multiple projects. So for that we need to have this tool and it helps us manage client projects, resources provided, also new resource allocation, benched employees. It offers skill based differentiation of the resources.
Consultants use Visma Severa to log their billable hours and non-billable activities.
We are also using this to track client ticket activities and linked it to our email server. So when new ticket is raised, it notifies and reflected into the visma severa.

Love it's awesomeness with task priotization.
I really admire it's consistency with streamlining workflows.
Spectacular for setting due dates on tasks.
Clean dashboard to pending tasks.

It's so consistent and admirable with task prioritization.

Plan and execute projects activities.
Great for it's flexibility with task assignment.

  ### 4. A life-saving PM system with good CRM functions and accounting software integrations out-of-the-box

**What do you like best about Visma Severa?**

Integrating calendars, scheduling/tasking, and time-tracking billable and non-billable hours into a solid Project Management SaaS. For us, as we grew, having these functions all come together in one service was a lifesaver. We got new insights on our business, such as profits – both per project, client or generated profit per employee, billable/non-billable rates, costs and overhead and were able to save hours of work with different systems consolidating information manually without a single source of truth.From a project manager point of view, I think the most valuable is the ease and flow of setting up a client from prospect to won and further to projects and billing and profitability review. From a systems admin point I love the integrations with Google SSO, Google calendar, Drive and our accounting/billing SaaS. From an amployee point of view I think the ease of tracking hours is best – we've had zero complaints and hours and expenses have turned out a rock solid 100 % correct.

**What do you dislike about Visma Severa?**

The backend is still transitioning from legacy to new, so some corners look ugly but works. It's not that customizable. It works fine but looks pretty standard with little company branding/look&feel assets. That said, the user dashboard and views are well customizable.

**What problems is Visma Severa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visma helps us know the profitability of our projects, schedule, task and prioritize client work and gives us a CRM pipeline. Visma has solved the problem of short-sightedness and now we're able to develop our business mid- and long term. On a weekly basis we've estimated that Severa saves us at least 30+ min per employee when timetracking and task scheduling is consolidated.

**What do you like best about Visma Severa?**

This software has the best ability to manage the project in the sense of every minute remaining fault to make the project is easy to raise by this software and then easy to handle these faults and make the project efficient.

**What do you dislike about Visma Severa?**

In terms of cost, it is quite expensive to use the paid version of this application or software. After all, this software has no disliking feature other than this.

**Recommendations to others considering Visma Severa:**

At least experience a trial version of this software.

**What problems is Visma Severa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I made the project without any hassle raising due to making the project likewise update the problem.

Most helpful: Overview of sales. Upside: sharing the customer info and the respective correspondence with others.

It's not for the entire team because it's not accessible.Not very intuitive and not accessible.

Decide first what you're going to use it for and how. Describe the processes and make sure that everyone adhers to them.

Since the team lacks discipline, the info is not complete, e.g. outlook integration.

Easy to use and if something is wrong you can easily delete or fix

**What do you dislike about Visma Severa?**

Not good tool to make an offer. It only likes projects but if you want to make different kind of offers, calculations etc. this needs to develop further.

**What problems is Visma Severa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing/selling together with same prizes and prevent formula errors. Allows us to use offer template.
