You can, in real-time, tap into your core market space and channel your advertising which helps to be cost-effective but with the best value for money. **What do you dislike about VISIT Local?** There isn't any I can think of. The resources are straightforward to use. The only issue needing to be looked into is the user query response time. It is the lead time that needs to be improved **What problems is VISIT Local solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our market-facing (Advertising costs) costs have been very high, but with visit local, we have cut down on our expenses by 20% as of Q2 2023. Also, we have been able to realize an uptake in return purchases by 10% ### 2. Identify the customers based on their shopping mechanism and trends. Very good in measuring the impact of the marketing / campaign and also helps to improve the campaign methodlogies. Helps to track the competitors as well. **What do you dislike about VISIT Local?** The attributes can be bit more elaborated in order to improve the campaign or marketing mechanisms. The user interface could be more attractive. **What problems is VISIT Local solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reports quickly help to measure/calculate marketing metrics which is very easily understandable. Its graphical representations and various charts provide campaigns. Also, contributes towards making very quick decisions on the campaign performances. The management can measure the improvement required further to reach the extra mile. ### 3. It's a great tool for reaching the exact target. **What do you dislike about VISIT Local?** A complex user interface as compared to the other tools that I have used. Learning the tool may take a little more time than usual. Also, the pricepoint is a bit too high for local market. **What problems is VISIT Local solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue that this product solved for us is targeting the audience accurately. The Geo targetting feature of this product is very good. The location based analytics provided us with very well and detailed insights. ### 4.
