I use Virtru Email Encryption to send medical information to patients, and it solves the confidentiality problem for me. What I like most about it is that it is easy to use. I don't like that when you click it on, you can't change the email you're sending from. It would be better if you could change the sender's email without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use. The way that it quickly integrates to your gmail account is very intuitive. it works really well, and I have no complaints. The price is great. Support is nice from what i can tell but i haven't used it. it seems to be very intelligent. I haven't used too much of th AI features. I dislike the fact that when collaborating with people outside of the organization, some people are not able to read the email. There should be a radio button for them to click on which will capture their email and open the message. I work with caregivers and children. It is HIPPA compliant reminding you that your email MAY contain information that should be encrypted is helpful. Especially when you are quickly replying to an outside agency. I personally like how it's possible to leverage existing credentials through systems like Google or Office 365, or even email-based authentication, as opposed to requiring recipients to set up and register a separate account that they have to remember and maintain.
