Direct access to real people, 24/7, all US based. We have input on the package and products we use and how its setup

**What do you dislike about VigilAigent?**

The company has expanded, and changes sometimes happen quickly. I suppose that comes with needing to stay on top of cyber threats.

**Recommendations to others considering VigilAigent:**

This is the best service offering for the money, especially if you want to be able to talk to real people who actually can help and explain immediately if there is an emergency.

**What problems is VigilAigent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VigilAigent lets me and my team sleep at night. They are on top of EDR, XEDR, SIEM monitoring for our customers 24/7 and are all US BASED! We use their package and offering as part of our core tech stack coupled with tools like backup, MFA, and compliance packages.
