I have owned several businesses for over 10 years and this company BY FAR has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If you are not a big customer of theirs you are wasting your time and money with this company. Because the minute you experience something that stops your APP from working, they DO NOT CARE and WILL NOT HELP. They know they hold the cards and will bully you with their silence and ignorance. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. A very big shop recently left Commentsold and Videeo and she had MANY GRIEVANCES to say about this company on her way out. She developed her own APP because she was sick and tired of the 'CULT' of this company and their favoritism. They talk about their customers and make sure they help you fail at your business. I like the purpose of Videeo:

1) It is a live stream video editing software that aims to convert visits into sales.

2) It is a sales tool, and even a new sales channel to offer to traditional retailers or pure players.

Additionally, I really like their approach to the market (support, consultancy, and sales format - option 1) Integration into an existing ecommerce: option 2) Creation of a new ecommerce - from scratch. This point is critical, and Videeo has it very well worked out thanks to its integrations with the main ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the video streaming functionality is part of Videeo's purpose and one of its strong points, there are sometimes technical problems with the broadcasts. On the other hand, I also don't like their pricing structure - structured by views per month since at the beginning of the project it is very difficult to make a prediction.
