They handle inquiries normally within fifteen minutes during regular business hours. In the rare instances where we've had to follow up on a questionable background or initiate adverse action, they worked with us to ensure compliance. Also, the initial setup of VICTIG Background Checks was super simple. **What do you dislike about VICTIG Background Checks?** Some of our locations are pretty remote, and there are times where VICTIG Background Checks is asking our applicants to drive more than 60 miles away from their home. VICTIG does partner with our recruitment team and the applicant to explore viable alternatives. I feel like visibility into this could be improved. Unfortunately, it also doesn't integrate with our ATS system. They consistently go above and beyond to help. They also give a “family” vendor vibe by treating everyone like they matter and are important. They always answer my questions efficiently and do excellent follow-up, which makes me really appreciate the partnership we have with them. I also appreciate how VICTIG has made ordering different products easier and allows me to select the department or division for expensing charges, which simplifies both ordering and billing. Their integration flexibility, notably with our UKG platform, is another aspect I enjoy because it allows us to operate seamlessly without leaving the platform. The initial setup was also incredibly easy; they provided step-by-step instructions, and client services are always there to help if needed. **What do you dislike about VICTIG Background Checks?** I don't have a negative about VICTIG Background Checks. Sometimes I think the time zone difference can be an issue since most of our operations are on Eastern Standard Time, and I believe they're on Mountain or Pacific. There are different letters to be sent, and it's hard to remember the correct sequence of which ones go first, second, and last.
