We love that we talk to actual humans who seem to care about our issue or need and quickly work to make it right. Everyone thoroughly communicated during implementation and continues to respond quickly when we have questions. On top of it, their system is easy to use AND we have been receicving background check reports and drug screens back SO much faster than the last provider we used. We're never stuck on hold forever or given the runaround.
