VICTIG has helped us to integrate all of these various testings under one roof - something that our previous provider just couldn't accomodate. What do you like best about VICTIG Background Checks?

I really like how the staff at VICTIG Background Checks are extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They always answer my questions efficiently and do excellent follow-up, which makes me really appreciate the partnership we have with them. I also appreciate how VICTIG has made ordering different products easier and allows me to select the department or division for expensing charges, which simplifies both ordering and billing. Their integration flexibility, notably with our UKG platform, is another aspect I enjoy because it allows us to operate seamlessly without leaving the platform. I don't have a negative about VICTIG Background Checks. Sometimes I think the time zone difference can be an issue since most of our operations are on Eastern Standard Time, and I believe they're on Mountain or Pacific. So they're two to three hours behind us, which sometimes causes a delay in getting a response from their staff, but once they're open for business, they're usually very prompt to respond to us. I appreciate that VICTIG Background Checks provides very detailed and easy-to-follow background checks, employment verifications, and drug tests. These features save us a lot of time in HR and help candidates as well. The detailed checks, especially when something is flagged in certain counties, give us clear guidance on whether to proceed with a candidate. The employment verification process includes notes from real conversations with previous employers, which is helpful. The process of notifying candidates when something comes up on their background check is a bit confusing. There are different letters to be sent, and it's hard to remember the correct sequence of which ones go first, second, and last. VICTIG offers everything we are looking for in a background check platform: easy for candidates to nagivate/fill out, customizable for myself (HR Generalist) to set up based upon different packages, notification and other workflow needs, the platform UX/UI is simple and the price is competitively lower than most (and honestly, many systems use the same platform so likely you might already be familiar with that it looks like).
