I love that I only need to enter an individual's name and email address. They fill out the rest of the personal information, so there is no risk that I will enter something incorrectly. Turnaround time with VICTIG is also shorter than with our previous background check company. The site is easy to use and navigate. Lastly, I appreciated the contact I had with my account manager before beginning to use VICTIG. They even followed up after our first few background checks to make sure everything was going well. It's a little tough to compare pricing because of the high variability of prices amongst individual background checks. So far, VICTIG seems more expensive for our basic (i.e., single-state/single-name) background checks, but possibly less expensive for more complex cases. VICTIG is very communicative and jumps in with both feet to really try to understand your needs as a business and how they can craft their services to best fit those needs. Their user interface does not have the same visibility, functionality, or control over our account as our previous provider, but the customer service received more than makes up for this. What problems is VICTIG Background Checks solving and how is that benefiting you? We do a number of different types of drug tests at various locations across the country, including performing a number of those tests ourselves. VICTIG has helped us to integrate all of these various testings under one roof - something that our previous provider just couldn't accomodate.
