This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026 **What do you like best about VETtrak?** VETtrak has been our SMS since 2011 and over the years has performed the required AVETMISS reporting that satisfies the specific requirements of our Victoria Funding Contracts. We particularly like the ability to draw data out of the system using data insights and the semi automated features for email and SMS communications. **What do you dislike about VETtrak?** I think VETtrak as a platform has struggled to evolve into what could be a fully integrated LMS/SMS tool. With AI becoming increasingly more prominent and greater automations to enhance student and employer engagement, VETtrak has failed to evolve. The recent direction towards newer cloud based platforms such as ReadyStudent is an indication of ReadyTech’s future direction however there is a lot to catch up on compared to competitors on the market. VETtrak. My view is VETtrak is past its end of life as a supported platform and is no longer a competitive product. **What problems is VETtrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** VETtrak allows the RTO to upload compliant AVETMISS data that allows payment under our Skills First Funding Contracts. ### 2. Pricing for the API and plug ins could be discounted for loyal customers. **What problems is VETtrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finacialy streamlining is currently being implemented, where the payment system will flow through VETtrak. This willl heavily reduce double and triple handling of data. Saving both time and money. ### 3.
