**What do you like best about Vespia?**

It is a very easy to use tool. We had a challenge of checking foreign customers before going into transactions with them, especially due to sanctions. This amazing tool gives all the necessary details about our clients.

**What do you dislike about Vespia?**

They could improve the user manuals, to make the onboarding processes easier, but we had a personal account manager, which made things smooth.

**What problems is Vespia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to nature of our business we need to know what businesses we are working with, especially as a lot of companies might be under sanctions. Who are their owners and does it actually exist. Is it legit and can we trust it? Vespia KYB platform allows us to easily understand who is behind the business and whether we can work with them.

A lot of features might be overwhelming at first, but after learning the tool and onboarding calls with the account manager it became much easier to understand.
