**What do you like best about Vertex Marketing Agency?**

Very thorough on-boarding that helped us accelerate our transition to Account-Based Marketing - we were able to change all of our systems and process in less than 60 days

**What do you dislike about Vertex Marketing Agency?**

Their value-add was limited to set-up and implementation.  I was hoping that there would be professional services or another resource that would help us implement best practices

Ensure that your goals are stated up front and that they have the staff and expertise to achieve them
