Super easy to participate and did not take a lot from my working day.  The staff was knowledeable and I feel confident they had our interest in mind and did not judge us for some obvious things we were missing.

**What do you dislike about Mayple?**

While it was great to be hands off.  Sometimes I was confused where in the process things were.  I also felt like my consultant knew more of what was going on in terms of progress than Mayple.

After a company shake up, we needed some assistance getting our Mailchimp tool working efficiently for us.  Mayple helped to facilitate that doing all the heavy lifting with minimal use of my time.  The results were just what we needed to get us moving in the correct direction again.

I did not find anything I dislike. There were other people in the meeting that didn't contribute, but I assumed they were training.

The service for MailChimp is free. There is only benefit to gain in having professionals look over your systems objectively.

Maple reviewed our MailChimp structure and identified some key areas for improvement. We also identified areas where we are doing well and need to ramp up investment.

Their service and care is outstanding, and we can always count on the quality of experts they offer us. We know they are all vetted and experienced in the field that we need, and if for some reason they are not a good fit for us, we can always replace the expert.

They have set plans, which in most cases are good, but there isn't much flexibility if we need something "in-between". Having said that, they were willing to create special plans for us in cases where the ones they offered we really not good for us.

I cannot recommend anything about the service since their team was unresponsive.

**What do you dislike about Mayple?**

They have automated email sequences to connect with a prospective customer, but I didn't receive any clarity from the team after I responded to it. The matching time says 48 hours after the brief is submitted, but it's been over 4 days and there hasn't been any communication from their side.

**Recommendations to others considering Mayple:**

So Mayple is primarily meant to be a middleman between agencies and brands looking for digital marketing services. Their sole job is to communicate efficiently. Because of my experience, I do not feel confident about receiving prompt and clear communication from Mayple after I have invested in their services.

I really liked the concept of the service and was excited to test it out. But unfortunately, no one from the team reverted back to me after the initial call in spite of my following up. I spent over an hour filling out their onboarding brief, so ultimately it was a waste of my time.

Robbie was so quick to respond to any of our questions, explained everything very clearly and was a pleasure to work with any time we interacted, he really went above and beyond (cannot express that enough) to make sure that we got the best service possible.

We were shown how to leverage tools we haven't used before that should should help us grow our audience & increase engagement. We're excited to implement what we've learned!

They have specific price tiers, which are sometimes not as flexible as if we would work directly with the experts, but in most cases they are able to find a solution to meet our needs.

I can't recommend this company enough. Any business who works with freelancers or agencies needs to use Mayple's service.

Mayple helps us finding marketing experts - freelancers or agencies - for any need our business may have. They vet each expert which gives us a lot of confidence that whoever they find for us is good and experienced, and this saves us a lot of time and mitigates the risk of finding experts by ourselves.

Mayple team is hands on during the interview and selection process. It was always helpful to have them onboard for that process and during our follow up calls on how things were progressing. Both the experts and the Mayple team are really knowledgable.

Everything has been great so far. Great to know there are other areas Mayple can help that we haven't even tapped into yet. Not much else to add here, but it is requiring me to so here are more words.

Take your marketing a notch up and make an investment in a real marketing professional! Even if you are a marketing professional yourself, but just don't have enough hours in your work day to do it all, the Mayple expert will pick up the slack and make sure the job is done at your standard level.

I like that they have a team of people that is always willing to help you and is always there for you. They are also not afraid to make changes if someone is not working out they immediately offer someone else.

I can't really say at this point there's anything that I dislike I have been with them since August and so far it has been a good experience.

I would say give them a try. They have a broad base of services they offer and they seem to be very knowledgeable and everything that they do.

I started working with maple to get help running my Facebook ads. I like that there are people that work directly at Maple that are involved in the whole process they don't just match you with an expert and then leave it between the two of you they are very involved which I appreciate. I think the more eyes on the situation the better.

The price point became difficult to justify at a certain point. We did feel like we were limited capacity wise on the number of platforms and we felt we could bring someone in house and get more value out of an internal employee.

Honestly there is nothing that I dislike about Mayple - our experience has been 100% positive.

Definitely meet with your team and ask questions before committing to ensure your account rep has the requisite skill set you are looking for. Price-wise you will be very pleased with Mayple so no worries there.

As a startup we don't have the budget for headcount to manage our digital marketing efforts, and most agencies require extended contracts and charge high fees. With Mayple we were able to meet with our account manager and Pedro, who manages our paid marketing campaigns,  before committing to the process. Feeling comfortable with his experience level we decided to move forward with the engagement and have not regretted it one bit.  Pedro is not only more knowledgeable than most of the digital marketers I have worked with in the past, he is also very proactive in bringing us new ideas. We are very pleased with our results after engaging with Mayple and will continue working with them for the foreseeable future.

We sought out Mayple to assist with both paid marketing and social media marketing.

**What do you like best about Mayple?**

The professionals we were paired with are experts in the truest sense of the word. These folks aren't dabblers in marketing - they know their stuff. The sense of relief to be able to hand this over to Mayple and know that we are being taken care of has been huge for our business. We can now focus attention elsewhere in the business!

I have no complaints. We are in complete control of who we work with and for how much and how long. It really is an incredible organization!

We shifted our focus from in-person to digital and have struggled establish ourselves as the top-tier brand that we know we are. Now, after working with Mayple, we realize we were missing several components to our paid marketing and social media marketing. Not anymore, though!

It did not help. Final result : My facebook account was hacked.

**What do you like best about Mayple?**

Nothing. They really hurt my business and don't take EVER any responsibility.

**What do you dislike about Mayple?**

The introduction to the concept was awesome, that's why I got trapped and lost money. After 3 months of working with them, the results are ZERO ROI and ZERO ROAS, plus my Facebook account got hacked and it's still disabled and under investigation. 
They sell you professionals that then I found these "same professionals" on Upwork for cheaper. So basically you pay a fee to have them outsource these guys that you can find by yourself, and the only reason I did it's because I thought I was backed up by a company in case anything happened or also to vouch for the "professional." I'm a small business and Mayple hurt my finance and my traction. Please save your money and frustration. They won't ever tell you you are right. They will always give an excuse that something is not working on your side. Well, after I fired them, I was not able to run FB campaigns (I'm still disabled) and I run a Google Campaign. My ROI in 7 days is 334% more compared to the 3 months with them.

Mayple's expert helped us reach a relevant target audience on social media platforms which was the main goal for us given he unique and very specific product we sell.

Once we started working together, it was wonderful to sort of sit back and let the magic happen. We were able to see in real-time what was working and wasn't, and Mayple offered optimization suggestions as well.

Filling out the elaborate brief was at times tiresome, and "forced" us to dig really deep into our business for answers. Of course in retrospect this was helpful.
