This causes problems when exempt customers try to place orders. You have to open a support ticket to get anyone to talk to you. The team drags it out days/weeks and never sends helpful information. I was left to fend for myself during go-live week 3 months ago and are still dealing with issues. **What problems is Vertex solving and how is that benefiting you?** None.
