# Any recommendations on making transaction reverse requests in NetSuite? We currently have the reverse requests occur on a transaction when we save it in NetSuite. This causes issues when we have an invoice with tax on it, then we add a sales tax exemption cert in Vertex; we then go back and edit the invoice to remove the tax. But the only posting that sends out to Vertex is the original tax posting. Not sure how we can manage reverse requests easily in NetSuite so that we just edit an invoice and save it to no longer show tax and properly reflect the correct transaction in Vertex. ##### Post Metadata - Net upvotes: 1
