This allows employees to focus on their work load with less interuptions. **What do you dislike about Verizon (ACS)?** A couple of aspects i dislike about Verizon ACS is the complexity of it's services and the level of dependency on external support. It's services are very complex and can be a bit overwhelming and when it comes to external support, there are sometimes multiple chanels you need to go through in order to get help. **What problems is Verizon (ACS) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps close the training gap and improve efficiency by providing endless training resources to help employees better understand and utilize current technology. ### 2. Mountains, desert- you name it, and I can call it. **What do you dislike about Verizon (ACS)?** It isn't a cheap service by any means, but if you hate your calls being constantly dropped or constantly missing calls because you have no bars, then the price is worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Verizon (ACS):** Worth the price. **What problems is Verizon (ACS) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I never have to worry while talking to clients on the phone in the car of my phone dropping out or their voice breaking up.
