I find that the proactive issue resolution aspect of Verizon ACS is very helpful when it comes to identifying and addressing issues before they escalate. This allows employees to focus on their work load with less interuptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of aspects i dislike about Verizon ACS is the complexity of it's services and the level of dependency on external support. It's services are very complex and can be a bit overwhelming and when it comes to external support, there are sometimes multiple chanels you need to go through in order to get help.
