Verifile holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, Cyber Essentials Plus, and NSI Gold certifications. It is accredited by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). The platform maintains 99.9% availability and provides a WCAG 2.1 AA accessible interface. Each client is assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager, and a separate Candidate Support Team assists individuals going through the screening process. The platform is available in 20 languages.
