The team are always available to assist with queries via phone or email, provide accurate reports and provide all the features and checks we require. The user interface is easy to use, and it's easy to train new team members on the processes with the Verifile team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We can go through some periods where we don't use Verifile as often, but that's no reflection on Verifile, and purely a reflection of our client requirements at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Verifile are by far the best 3rd party screening provider I have worked with. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate and provides an update on candidate progress at a glance. The team are also fantastic, I'm able to reach out via email or phone if I ever have any queries and they're very quick to respond.
