**What do you like best about Lumo?**

What I liked most is that Lumo is a true all-in-one ecosystem. It’s not just a management panel for facility owners; it’s a complete super app that serves managers, instructors, parents, and students. I can handle lesson scheduling, automated attendance, online payments, integrated billing, and even court reservations for guest users within a single, mobile-first platform and mobile app.

Lumo feels very fast on both iOS and Android. I can pay course billing from my mobile phone across different subscriptions. The app is completely free for students and parents, and for facility use you pay only 999 Turkish liras.

**What do you dislike about Lumo?**

The platform is very comprehensive and packed with features, so there’s a slight learning curve at the beginning.

**What problems is Lumo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial automation that’s cost-effective, with solid communication and good scalability
