
I have been using Venio Products for four years now. Venio’s best features are reliable and high throughput processing, Analytics, Dashboard, Reports, Email Threads Views, and the new ability to handle Microsoft Teams, Slack, Facebook, Twitter. I also like that I only have to work with one product to get a dependable, transparent, and defensible, end-to-end eDiscovery solution (on-premises or as SaaS) that includes ECA, Processing, Review, and Production. For some of the admin capabilities, I still must use the legacy user interface. I know they are migrating everything over to their new UI, but I hope that they will complete the migration soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
