It loads and stores vendor statements, matches statement lines against SAP accounts payable data, highlights exceptions and produces reconciliation reports across vendors and company codes. We’re seeing fewer errors, clearer visibility across all vendors, and significantly less time spent on manual reconciliations. It’s also helped us shift our focus toward resolving queries, instead of getting stuck doing recons that used to take forever. **What do you dislike about Vendor Recons?** Manual matching can sometime take a lot of time especially when a vendor has a large number of line items under query and not using the correct 2nd reference Big vendors with a lot of line items manual matching and Online recon takes forever to open but it's because of the total of line items **What problems is Vendor Recons solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can view a recon for any vendor at any time without needing to ask the clerk for it. It saves us a lot of time, with very little manual work required, which makes it genuinely time-saving. I can also resolve queries and add notes that everyone can view. ### 2.
