You can customize everything that you need to make this software a breeze for your company. Love the APIs that are available for just about everything. Took time to learn and wish that we had a more though out plan before diving in head first. With a tool this expansive you need to do your homework first on how your company plans to utilize all the available tools and options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
