We have never been left in the lurch in the 14 years I have dealt with them. I consider them my friends now. **What problems is Velocity Standard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Premium rating and tracking for all lines of insurance. With a tool this expansive you need to do your homework first on how your company plans to utilize all the available tools and options. **Recommendations to others considering Velocity Standard:** Decide how you need and want to use this product before diving in.
