"Chat for our Ecommerce Site"

What do you like best?

Velaro code is very easy to install. Integration into our CRM was very easy and the main reason we chose Velaro. The reports are clear and are emailed to me daily. Customization has been very easy to this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Velaro seems to prefer chat support (which is understandable). However, there have been times during the installation period a phone call could have been a little quicker. We usually initiate a chat and ask for a phone call during the chat if necessary. This seems to work better than a direct phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We are implementing now. The software has been very easy to use to this point. Velaro support has been good. The on-line guides are very helpful. We considered at least 10 chat companies and feel good about our decision to use Velaro. Velaro's price was in the middle of the pack - but their CRM integration was much better than the others. We were able to easily load the code onto our test site and chat before making a decision. The ease of implementation during the trial period was another differentiator. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using chat as the primary method of communication for our website and Ecommerce site. We feel like chat is a more efficient way of communication. We are implementing now and are very optimistic about the benefits of chat. We think proactive chat will be a great sales tool for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great and easy to implement"

What do you like best?

It's a great low cost solution for a Magento Live Chat Extension. We were able to create branding & set up Velaro in time for holiday quickly. It only took us 3 days to implement and design the product for our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are so many features and customizations that Velaro can seem overwhelming at first. I would really suggest an online training session with a support person. Product was installed and had a few bugs at first. These were quickly addressed by Velaro and we have found both functionality and support exceptional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The interface can be a little confusing, but it's a great tool and highly recommend using Velaro if you have Magento. Easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
