**What do you like best about VECTORGURUS?**

VectorGurus recreated my low-resolution logo as a clean, professional vector and provided all the file formats I needed. After being disappointed by freelancers who simply ran my logo through auto-trace software, I really appreciated their attention to detail, quick turnaround, and clear communication.

**What do you dislike about VECTORGURUS?**

The dashboard and file-download process could be a little more intuitive for first-time customers. That said, this was a minor issue and did not take away from the quality of the finished work.

**Recommendations to others considering VECTORGURUS:**

I would happily recommend VectorGurus to anyone who needs accurate, professional vector artwork, especially if previous auto-traced results have fallen short.

**What problems is VECTORGURUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have high-quality, print-ready artwork that I can confidently send to printers, sign shops, and other vendors without requiring further adjustments. It has saved me time, eliminated uncertainty about file quality, and given me a reliable set of logo files for future projects.
