**What do you like best about Vatdi?**

I use Vatdi AI to handle customer questions and instant replies which solves the problem of delayed response. I like the free setup that improves customer experience. The real-time chat support tool is very useful for quick and efficient communications. The setup is straightforward and did not take much time. I would recommend Vatdi 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Vatdi?**

Mostly it works best, but they should add more customization. More UI customization options for the chat widget would improve branding.

**What problems is Vatdi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vatdi AI for quick, efficient customer inquiries. It solves delayed responses, improving customer experience. The real-time chat support tool is very useful.
