Having used the platform for creating voice AI bots, this reviewer finds it affordable and easy to use with excellent integrations. The unpredictable latency, sometimes reaching up to 5 seconds, makes it unreliable for consistent performance.

"Easy Integration, Needs UI Improvement"

4/5

What do you like best about Vapi AI?

I really like that Vapi AI is very easy to use, and the integration is straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big relief and made the whole process smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vapi AI?

I mean, they could improve the dashboard. It's very difficult. I have to be a developer if I want to understand all the options, like the AI, Chrome, voice mode, everything. There are lots of options, so they should have a basic mode and an advanced mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
