It's a quick way to make Voice AI bots with a lot of integrations possible, the platform is straighforward - can learn the basics in 1 hour of youtube video. Costwise - it's one of the cheapest platform out there to make a voice AI bot. What do you dislike about Vapi AI? The single worst thing about VAPI is the latency! It's not predictable. Sometimes the latency is within 800-1000ms and sometimes it goes upto 4-5s which makes it unreliable. They seriously need to improve it else users will keep walking away from VAPI.
