I love Vantage's ability to take inspiration from other user modules, which allows me to create a module that is specific to our Hospice and suits the way we operate perfectly. This customization feature is invaluable as it ensures the system aligns with our unique processes. Additionally, I appreciate how I was able to map the entire footprint of our Hospice estate, including shops. This makes all dropdown options familiar to users and relevant based on previous answers, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the initial setup of Vantage was relatively easy, especially with the support provided, which eased the transition from our previous paper-based processes. I would like to see a free API for customers to extract data into a data warehouse, aligning it with our other data sources. There is also a need for a fully optimized mobile experience, and enhanced integration with other systems to improve interoperability.
