This customization feature is invaluable as it ensures the system aligns with our unique processes. Additionally, I appreciate how I was able to map the entire footprint of our Hospice estate, including shops. This makes all dropdown options familiar to users and relevant based on previous answers, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the initial setup of Vantage was relatively easy, especially with the support provided, which eased the transition from our previous paper-based processes. **What do you dislike about Vantage?** I would like to see a free API for customers to extract data into a data warehouse, aligning it with our other data sources. There is also a need for a fully optimized mobile experience, and enhanced integration with other systems to improve interoperability. Additionally, further customization options, particularly around branding, would enhance the utility of Vantage. **What problems is Vantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Vantage for centralized reporting, ensuring accountability and tracking, compliance readiness, visibility and communication, and structured workflows, which enhances our operational efficiency. ### 2. It is easy to implement new modules and make them bespoke to what we need as an organisation. Our Implementation Officer, Isabella Allen, has been incredible! She completes tasks on time and is always available to troubleshoot or help with queries, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. **What do you dislike about Vantage?** The back-end report building is a little tricky to understand but once you've got the hang of it, it's easier to do. **What problems is Vantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vantage is helping us to record incidents, near misses, complaints, compliments, concerns, feedback and risks. It is more user friendly than our previous system (Datix) and the Support Team are much more readily available. ### 3. Because one is able to request blank modules, with practice, one is able to create modules to fulfill specific tasks, rather than being restricted to 'off the peg' systems. We've used it to solve all sorts of problems for which a data collection form, a database, and reporting provide a solution. **What do you dislike about Vantage?** The documentation is quite lacking, so the learning curve can be steep, but I think they're working to improve this.
