What do you like best about V-Tech Platinum?

V-Tech Platinum is a wonderful PMS that won't break your budget. It integrates with many other systems we use in the clinic, such as Idexx Vetlab and the Weave phone system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V-Tech Platinum?

I like the chalkboard note feature to communicate with doctors and other staff. I also like the quick reports feature that allows us to quickly print forms with client/patient information on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V-Tech Platinum?

Glitches almost every day, uninstalling itself on computers, very slow (unsure if this is the application or the internet connection), only one person allowed in a work file at a time making it very difficult for reading history/prescriptions/charges/etc., not user friendly. Recommendations to others considering V-Tech Platinum:

Consider testing the product before purchasing. It does have the potential to be a great platform, but needs for updating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
