**What do you like best about V-Tech Platinum?**

Used for years, switched to another company about 3 years ago and there are many aspects I miss. Customizable reports, editable estimates, tagging multiple items in inventory.

**What do you dislike about V-Tech Platinum?**

Was sorta slow but we were on the PC based.

**What problems is V-Tech Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most user friendly, customizable.

**What do you like best about V-Tech Platinum?**

V-Tech Platinum is a wonderful PMS that won't break your budget. It integrates with many other systems we use in the clinic, such as Idexx Vetlab and the Weave phone system.

**What do you dislike about V-Tech Platinum?**

There are some limitations with other software integrations. It can be tricky learning about all the features as well.

**Recommendations to others considering V-Tech Platinum:**

For smaller veterinary clinics, V-Tech Platinum is a great budget PMS choice!

**What problems is V-Tech Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us transition from paper medical notes to fully digital medical notes. Also, integrating with Idexx Vetlab helps us keep all records in one place.

**What do you like best about V-Tech Platinum?**

I like the chalkboard note feature to communicate with doctors and other staff. I also like the quick reports feature that allows us to quickly print forms with client/patient information on it.

**What do you dislike about V-Tech Platinum?**

Glitches almost every day, uninstalling itself on computers, very slow (unsure if this is the application or the internet connection), only one person allowed in a work file at a time making it very difficult for reading history/prescriptions/charges/etc., not user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering V-Tech Platinum:**

Consider testing the product before purchasing. It does have the potential to be a great platform, but needs for updating.

**What problems is V-Tech Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None personally. I have worked with many different veterinary programs and this one is the most difficult to learn and to work with in a practice.
