Used for years, switched to another company about 3 years ago and there are many aspects I miss. Customizable reports, editable estimates, tagging multiple items in inventory. V-Tech Platinum is a wonderful PMS that won't break your budget. It integrates with many other systems we use in the clinic, such as Idexx Vetlab and the Weave phone system. I like the chalkboard note feature to communicate with doctors and other staff. I also like the quick reports feature that allows us to quickly print forms with client/patient information on it. Glitches almost every day, uninstalling itself on computers, very slow (unsure if this is the application or the internet connection), only one person allowed in a work file at a time making it very difficult for reading history/prescriptions/charges/etc., not user friendly.
