There isn’t anything major that I dislike about UST Global, but there are a couple of small areas that could be improved. At times, project ramp-up periods can be quite fast, especially in large healthcare accounts, which means you have to quickly adapt to domain complexity. While the team is very supportive, a bit more structured onboarding would make the transition smoother. Additionally, during peak release cycles, the workload can become high due to client timelines — although this is common in IT services, not specific to UST.
