What do you like best about UST?

I use UST Global as my employer and technology partner for digital transformation and quality engineering, particularly in the healthcare domain. Over the two years I've been there, my team and I have leveraged UST's deep expertise in automation testing, scalable engineering practices, AI, and data-driven healthcare solutions. I get to work on meaningful projects that improve my domain knowledge and make my work more impactful by contributing to real digital transformation. UST has strong frameworks, platforms, and investments, especially in test automation, which accelerate my career growth. Their structured approach employing automation, BDD frameworks, and CICD practices stood out during my onboarding process, providing a great environment to grow my skills. UST Global has helped address multiple business challenges around test reliability, release timelines, and regression coverage, significantly increasing our process efficiency, release quality, and delivery speed. Their mature and standardized automation framework, including reusable utilities and clear coding practices, has made scaling and maintaining projects easier. The healthcare domain expertise UST brings ensures that automation aligns perfectly with real business requirements. Additionally, their ability to integrate UI automation, API testing, and data validation into a unified process adds significant value to projects. What do you dislike about UST?

There isn’t anything major that I dislike about UST Global, but there are a couple of small areas that could be improved. At times, project ramp-up periods can be quite fast, especially in large healthcare accounts, which means you have to quickly adapt to domain complexity. While the team is very supportive, a bit more structured onboarding would make the transition smoother. Additionally, during peak release cycles, the workload can become high due to client timelines — although this is common in IT services, not specific to UST. Overall, these are minor challenges compared to the strong support, culture, and technical guidance the company provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
