**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Useberry?**

Useberry’s intuitive interface and quick setup allow us to run usability tests efficiently across different projects and clients. We use it in our everyday work to gather insight on user behavior. It integrates great with tools like Figma. Connecting and updating Figma prototypes is simple.

Features like randomization, language localization, and the inclusion of consent forms help us scale testing. Our usability testing process is simplified with the use of Useberry because it quickly generates heatmaps, clickmaps, and user flows which is great. This helps us stay agile during fast iterations. Their team is really responsive, friendly, and we even collaborated on case studies together.

**What do you dislike about Useberry?**

Everything is really great, they are constantly upgrading their product and implementing new features.

**What problems is Useberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering user feedback in a quick and easy way during the design process.

**What do you like best about Useberry?**

The free tier is well worth trying, and it’s insightful to watch how respondents interact with your survey.

**What do you dislike about Useberry?**

Update: After my initial review, Harry at Useberry personally stepped in and ensured our account was credited—much appreciated. I’m now looking forward to the API fix, as the current limitation makes it difficult to manage studies independently. Once that’s resolved, the platform will be even stronger.

**What problems is Useberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to gether niche research on future users.

  ### 3. Useberry is the platform we all need for our projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Useberry?**

I really like the template library, whether it’s testing basic navigation flows or specific user tasks, the library provides a solid starting point, allowing anyone to modify and customize templates as needed. It’s a huge boost for efficiency, especially when deadlines are tight or when anyone wants to experiment with multiple test structures. Plus, you can create your own custom templates, which is really useful for designing tests that fit your specific projects or company. You can set up your own tasks, create unique test flows, and save them for future use. This saves time and helps keep your tests consistent with your project needs. It also makes it easy to reuse setups for similar tests, while still allowing changes when needed.

**What do you dislike about Useberry?**

AI seems to be a huge topic at the moment, AI integrated features depending on the usecase.

**What problems is Useberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Useberry fits into my design process by prioritising research and data collection, which can happen at the beginning, throughout, or even at the end of a project. Having a tool like Useberry makes it easy to gather feedback directly from users, which is key for understanding how they interact with prototypes for example. This helps to make informed decisions based on real insights rather than guesswork, which sometimes tend to be the case in an agile environment.
