**What do you like best about UPNIFY CRM?**

It has all the basic tools of a CRM, plus it is very simple and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about UPNIFY CRM?**

You have limitations because there are many functions it doesn't have compared to other CRMs.

**What problems is UPNIFY CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps you manage the contacts of the sales areas, see the progress of the sales force, and in this way have control of the team.

**What do you like best about UPNIFY CRM?**

I actually used Upnify some years ago for some processes in the HR area, and it was a great tool that helped me save time following up my candidates and event current employees.

**What do you dislike about UPNIFY CRM?**

Some features had a non-friendly design for the users.

**What problems is UPNIFY CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was having a great volume of candidates (contacts) so Upnify helped me communicate in time with the via email or WhatsApp

Everything is on the cloud, the reports are so easy to generate

Maybe the attention when tried to find someone for capacitation at first

we had been able to reporting quickly and always confident about our information was on the cloud

**What do you like best about UPNIFY CRM?**

The simplicity of the software. It does have lots of customization options but the basic transactions and kpis are input in such a marvelously easy way.

**What do you dislike about UPNIFY CRM?**

The software is meant for tangible product selling so intangible products may encounter some difficulties adapting the software to.

**What problems is UPNIFY CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Commision and margin forecast and inter company integration.
