**What do you like best about UpMail?**

Upmail helps in creating newsletters and content for mass mailing marketing. Working on this tool is relatively easy and helps in creating sales & marketing templates.

**What do you dislike about UpMail?**

I have often experienced a bug; sometimes, saving a template takes time or does not save. The text formatting options are significantly fewer.

**What problems is UpMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a part of the sales & marketing team, UpMail helps send communications and contracts to our mass database. The contacts can be saved in a group.
The emails can set on delayed delivery, which gets delivered by the specified time without signing in. The reports & analytics gives complete briefs about trends and data of email sent and more.
