**What do you like best about Upcall?**

It's an simply super software available in the market as it will manages all our contacts, it maintains and followup our clients by simply calling them  back around 4-6 times them, as major of our clients will not be available to pickup our call at once as this one will help us to follow our client and even it will record that conversation and and it will increases the business for our company it's working algorithm and dashboard is very good and ideal for daily use.

**What do you dislike about Upcall?**

I don't have much dislikes for this service as the call back options to our client need to be reduced as sometimes our clients feel irritated if we call back again and again if they are busy, they need to introduce setting to restrict number of times to call it's an minor dislike not major one.

**What problems is Upcall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we were in the field where we need to keep on follow up all the 90% of our clients as this was creating severe headache for us , as soon as we got adopted to this service it made our job very easy as it makes the repetative calls for our clients and it has improved our company's productivity.
