I understand the frustration with the appliance's inability to protect SaaS data. We hear from a lot of folks that are tired of jumping through multiple products to accomplish backup for all of their different workloads. Unitrends has simplified some of our processes and created simpler tasks as a result. Unitrends was a great find several years ago as we made the switch and have been happy with the decision.
