They have all add option not the delete one. **What problems is Unified Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating the report, of all paid and denied claims. ### 2. It was mostly for my boss but I needed to learn to use it to help him organize. **Recommendations to others considering Unified Practice:** Take your time when you are trying to learn this software. It is easy to use once you give it some time. **What problems is Unified Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really helped us at the chiropractor to narrow down searches and overall just organize our work. **Official Response from Susanna Nilsson:** > Thanks for your feedback Elizabeth. We offer three one-hour coaching sessions when you sign up so that you have many opportunities to get your specific questions answered.
