**What do you like best about Unata?**

From customer angle, Unata’s white-label platform provided smooth shopping experience for groceries online. I can coordinate the coloring and the layout of the platform to that of my store thus making my customers feel at ease and secure.

**What do you dislike about Unata?**

The order management cannot be easily adapted is one of my biggest concerns with Unata. I am also unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been made, especially when a customer wants to make some changes or there is a stockout.

**What problems is Unata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unata has been helpful for my grocery business because of the online platform it offers in meeting my need. It assists the customers by easing the processes involved in the buying decision as well as the ordering, delivery or pick-up of products bought online.

**What do you like best about Unata?**

I enjoyed using their software when I worked with Instacart. It was easy to use, and it never seemed to have issues.  I could chat with the customers without them seeing my personal phone number and that was nice.

**What do you dislike about Unata?**

I can't think of anything that I disliked.

**What problems is Unata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer use their software with Instacart.  I had no issues previously.
