**What do you like best about Deonde?**

Deonde is great value for money and lets us launch a delivery operation quickly without heavy development. The admin dashboard is straightforward for managing products, pricing, delivery fees/zones and order status. The end-to-end flow (customer ordering → dispatch/driver → tracking/notifications) reduces a lot of manual work and keeps operations consistent.

**What do you dislike about Deonde?**

Customization can feel limited unless you do extra development, and some parts of the UI/UX are a bit dated. We’ve also seen occasional friction on mobile (especially Android) around phone verification/checkout steps, which can impact conversions. Reporting/analytics and integrations could be deeper (more flexible exports, webhooks, and clearer troubleshooting tools).

**What problems is Deonde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces spreadsheets, manual dispatch and fragmented tools by centralizing online orders, customer details, delivery rules, driver assignment and order tracking in one place. This saves admin time, reduces missed/incorrect orders, and improves customer communication through status updates and notifications. Overall it helps a small team run delivery operations more reliably.

**What do you like best about Deonde?**

Their team is truly fantastic! Everyone I have interacted with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I encounter an issue, the support team typically responds within 10 minutes. I have been with the company for six months now, and I can tell that their quick responses are not just an attempt to impress new clients. Instead, it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and continue to provide excellent support long after you have started working witb them.

Also, their software is seamless,  my users love it

**What do you dislike about Deonde?**

I really wish they had offices all over the world, so I could always walk in and thank them in person.

**What problems is Deonde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every software company I contacted required a significant upfront payment just to begin discussions. Deonde stood out by allowing me to access and test their software before making any payment. This approach gave me the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the product, so when I decided to move forward, I was confident in the software and understood the impact it would have.

**What do you like best about Deonde?**

Deonde has clearly considered a wide range of use cases, resulting in a smooth and seamless experience when using their apps and software. I have not encountered any bugs so far. Their support system is also strong, with engineers responding to queries promptly. Additionally, the design of the app and software is both sleek and modern, while still being fast and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Deonde?**

From my experience so far, I haven't encountered any downsides. Having tried other services in the past, I can honestly say there is nothing about Deonde that I dislike.

**What problems is Deonde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using Deonde for our food delivery aggregator platform. In the past, our experiences with other IT vendors were quite negative. However, with Deonde, I am able to concentrate solely on the business aspects, as Deonde handles all the technical and software-related matters. On the other hand, our end users are quite comfortable and happy with the app designed by Deonde

**What do you like best about Deonde?**

Deonde is a complete end to end solution. From app design to backend software and ongoing support, they handle everything. Their team is responsive, efficient and understands exactly what a delivery or ordering business needs. You do not need to hire separate developers or agencies. They do it all under one roof.

**What do you dislike about Deonde?**

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the turnaround time on certain feature enhancements. While not a major concern, accelerating this would elevate an already exceptional service. That said, the overall support and system reliability more than compensate.

**What problems is Deonde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deonde is solving the challenge of building and managing a full scale food delivery or ecommerce platform without needing multiple service providers. They offer a complete package including app development, admin dashboard, vendor panels, driver tracking and ongoing support. Anyone with an existing system or infrastructure can easily migrate to Deonde and immediately benefit from their all in one solution. This has saved me time, reduced costs and allowed me to focus on growing the business instead of getting stuck in technical development.

There isn’t much to dislike, but I feel Deonde could improve the speed of certain custom updates. Sometimes small changes take a bit longer than expected.

Deonde solves the problem of building a complete food delivery system from scratch. Their ready-made platform saves me time, reduces development cost, and helps me run my delivery business smoothly with apps for customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.

**What problems is Deonde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our last-mile delivery service grows, more of our larger clients are requiring us to integrate our software with their particular POS systems. Deonde is currently working with their developers to handle this integration for us. Once this is complete, we expect to be able to scale much more rapidly with our clients. Additionally, new and improved features are regularly assessed and implemented whenever feasible.

Their products work well, they communicate well and they are so helpful and understanding and willing to assist in the best way possible .

I think they have been really good I don't have any issues with them.

They are solving the issue of us having a good working app and website that allows for our clients to be able to order easily through us.

**What do you like best about Deonde?**

When we inquired cost was most affordable.

**What do you dislike about Deonde?**

After sales support, they took great time during onboarding. And never said we need to purchase additional infra like SMS, Mails and Location services from cloud provider. They are SAS product but asking customers to purchase all those stuff.
Additionally we were never able to use the product because they never answer our questions and never help us to onboard our menu on the system. 
Never replied to any email after we paid the amount.

We purchased if tof the online food delivery, but never able to use it becuase of their service.

**What do you like best about Deonde?**

DeOnDe for Business improved the delivery processes in my business through a customer and driver application. The current rate indicates increased online orders and proper deliveries which have been great to witness.

**What do you dislike about Deonde?**

I do not have the luxury of production reports segmented by geographic region, customer or even by individual food items that may be on our menu. This makes it difficult to pinpoint trends, how to adjust my offerings, and where to focus marketing strategies.

**What problems is Deonde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I must say that DeOnDe has been of great help especially in the coverage of the on-demand delivery. They made it easy to order supplies, communicate with drivers, and, most importantly offer a convenient ordering system to my customers.
