**What do you like best about UltraPoS?**

To be honest, there wasn't a single thing I liked. I hope the system got an update. Our company switched softwares.

**What do you dislike about UltraPoS?**

Everything. Constantly froze up. Would delete transactions. Wouldn't print receipts. Card process took forever.

**Recommendations to others considering UltraPoS:**

We stopped using this program because it was that bad. I really hope they updated. My recommendation is to not use this program.

**What problems is UltraPoS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems were being solved. It was for registering and making gift cards. It barely did the job. Sometimes it didn't.

**What do you like best about UltraPoS?**

Good system, can be quite a price difference between the basic and the full module.

**What do you dislike about UltraPoS?**

To obtain any customer reports on the basic version they charge you a daily fee, which can be as much as £1,000 per day for the report to be run and sent to us.

**Recommendations to others considering UltraPoS:**

Good easy system to use, could benefit with a few more customer reports so you can print them yourself, overall a good product.

**What problems is UltraPoS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No issues
