What do you like best about UltraCamp?

We switched over to this software because our previous software had a lot of limitations with automatic payments and mass emails. The UltraCamp customer service may be my favorite part. I am not by nature a technology person. Whenever I have questions I always call the help line and they are able to easily walk me through solving my problems. That I am grateful for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UltraCamp?

As a camp professional, I am always on the go. UltraCamp is not always on the go. I would love to be able to have an app so I could effectively look things up. It is rare to find a company whose employees are this patient and helpful. UltraCamp reps are knowledgeable about each part of their software, and they are happy to walk you through it. We use this service for summer camp registration, and are just beginning to utilize the retreat/facilities booking service. I can't say enough about the intuitive design.
