It helps us get greater insight of the process with real world data. Identification of processes that can be automated is a breeze. Also looking at the data generated you can have high level idea of process design. One can also analyse how a chnage in the process will impact real world metrics. Process mining is easy with it. We use it as our primary tool daily in order to mine the process that can be automated. The tool has great customer support and great community support.
