Support team are friendly but not very efficient. **What do you dislike about Tutor Platform?** After 3 months of calls and meetings and testing, they stopped replying because they could never get it to work. It makes me think it's a scam where they just want people to pay first. Registration issues, no emails being send out, Calendar all problematic, and we never even got to the finance part, but I imagine that's even more difficult. **Recommendations to others considering Tutor Platform:** Dont pay anything until you have tested it 100% in a real environment. **What problems is Tutor Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. they stopped replying back as they couldnt get their website to work as advertised. ### 2. A nicely designed LMS and adjustable to all my needs. The platform itself is quite easy to navigate. The design is very nice and simple. Provides quite a lot options to adjust the profile to my needs and requirements. Good job, Tutor team! **What do you dislike about Tutor Platform?** I'd like a bit more instructions on further actions. **What problems is Tutor Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I teach online live via Zoom on Tutor Platform.
