Using the AI agent 6th finger we were able to categorize the sentiment of the comments, suggest our most appropriate response to the comment, so in a few minutes we have a community management sorted out. Manages online hate speech, spam, vulgarism and other disruptive comments effectively and with ease. This saves a lot of time that you can spend on having relevant discussion with your actual followers/potential customers and/or doing other important tasks on your list.
