It has relieved our team of the repetitive and painful task of dealing with comments and we have time to create more quality content that meets our real business goals. Using the AI agent 6th finger we were able to categorize the sentiment of the comments, suggest our most appropriate response to the comment, so in a few minutes we have a community management sorted out. **What do you dislike about TrollWall AI?** The interface could be more intuitive, but nothing we wouldn't get used to after a few uses. **What problems is TrollWall AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can handle a large number of comments easily, just check the AI suggestions for replies and we don't have to waste more time with community management for social media. ### 2. This saves a lot of time that you can spend on having relevant discussion with your actual followers/potential customers and/or doing other important tasks on your list.
