As an event planner, everything I do starts and ends with Tripleseat. I receive and respond to inquiries, create proposals, convert to contracts, and accept payments all within Tripleseat. I am able to immediately see my new inquiries and respond via mobile or desktop with ease. The ability to respond so quickly sets me apart from competitors. I am able to create proposals and BEOs in near record time using Tripleseat and the customized menus and fields. It's a one-stop shop and my secret weapon when responding to clients' ever-changing needs. Tripleseat feels fresh and new compared to what I was using before, Caterease, which felt super dated. They have improved it over time, but it is still not as easy or intuitive as a traditional email platform. Exporting event data to a third party calendar like Google takes a random amount of time to update. I dislike that our clients often have a hard time receiving our tripleseat discussions because they are either confusing or go directly to spam. I don’t know if this is a tripleseat issue or our clients have certain content blockers, but it’s an issue we run into quite frequently.
