**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

What I like most about Foundry ABM is how it pulls everything into one intuitive hub: campaign building, native CRM integrations, and a surprisingly useful intent-driven AI scoring model that actually highlights in-market accounts rather than vanity signals. Performance has been strong overall. Once it’s configured, programs run reliably at scale and keep sales and marketing aligned without constant manual intervention, which makes the ROI on both media spend and team time straightforward to justify.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

Great product overall, but I’ve noticed a few downsides. The interface can feel cluttered, which makes the learning curve steeper than you’d expect for day to day campaign work. Advanced features and reporting also tend to take extra clicks, training, and sometimes technical support to get the most out of them, so the time-to-value ends up being slower than ideal.

**What problems is Foundry ABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing it helps with is taking out a lot of our guessing in strategy. We have strong data to back up our choices, and this also really helps with monthly reporting. Lots we can pull to prove things are working, or knowing when to pivot.

**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

The way Foundry's ABM software integrates with multiple sales channel in a short span helps create a repetitive funnel easier and faster. It is very easy to integrate and use with multiple account orchestration platforms along side analytics that help refine output. The support team is also quite proactive in understanding the use case of the customer and suggest methods to implement the best use case scenario.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

In terms of the analytics provided by the Foundry ABM tool, I think it can be a bit more detailed and include a broader set of information than the existing data set. And a UI upgrade and regular bug fixes can make the usage smoother.

Foundry ABM helps resolve a massive gap in the tools that help campaigns and mamabger it in a much stronger manner. The way the entire tool is designed helps launch multi prong campaign along side analytics that support the intent of delivering the best results possible.

Foundry ABM can initially feel overwhelming due to its steep learning curve and somewhat complex navigation. I’ve found that the reporting features sometimes lack the flexibility needed for extracting deeper insights, often requiring additional effort. Integration with CRMs is not always seamless, which can slow down workflows. Additionally, customer support response times could use improvement.

Aside from that, I love all in-house features, such as lead gen and cold email campaigns. The reporting is also great!

I like Triblio's ability to do omnichannel (Social, ads, email, website personalization, live chat, etc.) engagement experience orchestration all from one platform.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

Some of the integrations are a little janky, but our CSM team made them all go away, so having a good Triblio team on your side is important to make sure you are taken care of at all times.

**Recommendations to others considering Foundry ABM:**

Talk to other companies and your friends who use/have used Triblio; ask them for their opinions, comparisons to other ABM platforms, and talk to Triblio directly to see if your needs are a good fit for the tool.

I am using Triblio to serve my audience the right message at the right time. Also allowing our sales team have the insight to know which accounts are the best to go after based on intent and engagement activities.

**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

I love how easy it was to set up the integrations to our other platforms. Many companies say the setup process is easy, but this truly was. We also like the many options of integrations available. 

The power of the orchestrations and the level of intent data are what sold us on the platform; both have proved to be great tools.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

While you can integrate with many platforms, the customization of those integrations could be better, but this is actively changing since we became customers.

I would love to see a customer advisory board as they develop new features/capabilities.

**What problems is Foundry ABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform to show us a full picture of our target accounts; by complete picture, we mean reading CRM and MAP data. We needed a system to help us take action on the accounts in both platforms. This would allow us to focus better on the accounts sales and marketing are working on and help us identify new accounts that weren't in our pipeline.  We also needed a solution to help us look at the pipeline attribution to our ABM efforts.

**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

I love how able this platform is. It is not just a tool to flash some banner ads to accounts of interest. It is also not the tool that linearly progresses accounts from one marketing tactic silo (banner ads for 30 days) to another (add them to a MAP campaign). Instead, it allows reaching and engaging accounts through multiple channels and tactics at the same time in the best traditions of a true orchestration. It comes with website personalization (no need to buy another tool for that) and a powerful reporting module that integrates with Salesforce beautifully. Sales Enablement is easy to set up and makes sense to the sales team (talk about driving adoption and change management!). Thanks to a very competent and responsive CSM team, I have had nothing but success with Triblio implementation.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

While I love a very rapid and aggressive roadmap Ithat Triblio is on (kudos to the product people!) it would be super helpful to have updated documentation for some features that have outdated docs with older screenshots.

**What problems is Foundry ABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in a very niched space that requires a very well-defined ABM approach. Our solution is relevant to a smaller subset of the people in the industry we are targeting, so to reach these people effectively, we need to be able to find them across various web channels when they are in the market. Triblio has robust intent data to identify in-market accounts, so we can segment our target list well and only spend dollars on the accounts ready to talk to us. We can then personalize not just the ads served to them but our website pages to continue the conversation omnichannel style. We love the fact that Triblio integrates with most of our tech stack tools, so whether it is MAP or CRM or Sales email tools - we collect all of the engagement reporting in one place. Triblio helps us get the entire company on the same page in terms of who we should go after and whether or not we see them responding to our campaigns.

**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

It is pretty comrehensive with its ABM capabilities, including audience building, display ad campaign management and last but not least, orchestration. Orchestrations may be the coolest of the capabilities as it really allows you to build cross-platform journeys that span across different tactics, channels and tools (if you have the integrations set up right of course). We start using it last year and is still so much more to offer than what we leverage today. Highly recommended for any ABM/demand gen team.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

We had some bumps with customer success support in the very beginning but since then that has been smoothed out and our current CSM is simply awesome to work with.

**What problems is Foundry ABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us build more meaningful audiences through intent data and through display ads and orchestrations it allows us to directly engage and activate those audiences, let it be a known or anonymous. We are a revenue marketing team so we're constantly looking to expand our known audience and Triblio helps a ton with our reach into anonymous audiences and converting them into known. That is the foundation for us to properly activate accounts and generate opportunities for our Sales organization.

**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

The interface is pretty good - I like the simplicity of Triblio. The site is not too difficult to figure out if you are a first time user. Setting up campaigns is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

I dislike the fact that if you are idle for too long the site will log you out but when you log back in it starts you back at the homepage instead of whatever you were working on.  I also dislike the load time that it takes for something you need to search for or when pulling stats from the analytics - sometimes you have to wait several minutes for info to load. As an update for the new TUX user interface: the platform is good, it could use some better metric options similar to the classic options.

It's helping us gain more insight into what our prospects are actually interesting in because we test different messaging often.

Recent changes to their UX and the added capabilities of building out orchestrations are absolute game changers. These features and Triblio's price point make it a very competitive platform. We have an outstanding CSM; they do a great job communicating platform changes and relaying any tech issues we encounter.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

Previously, their UI was relatively cumbersome and transitioning to the new UX has been tedious as it relates to some of their other features -- display ads notwithstanding. Transitioning custom overlay CTAs could be made a little more accessible.

**What problems is Foundry ABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we predominantly used the website personalization feature and display ad campaigns. Having Salesforce and Pardot integrations for our display campaigns has been incredibly beneficial. We've recently deployed their sales activation module and are excited about communicating those capabilities with our sales team.

**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

We use Triblio in a variety of ways to meet business goals. 

The Orchestration platform is very easy to set up and I love that in one place I can set up ads, pop ups and web personalization for a specfied audience. 

We use also the Triblio metrics and reports to see companies that are hitting our website but who have yet to complete a form. By knowing what pages they have visited we can then be more specific with our marketing and outreach efforts.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

The only downside which isn't really a fault of Triblio is that the intent piece isn't really relevant to us as we operate in a niche industry. I love all the intent features and possibilities with Triblio and just wish we could utilize these more.

Triblio is my ABM platform of choice. I reviewed 4 other platforms and Triblio was the clear winner

The two way integration with HubSpot is the best out there. It is easy to set up and send information between the two platforms - this means sales can view metrics on their key accounts in HubSpot without having to use another platform and slow down their productivity. 
HubSpot support is second to none - everyone I have worked with is super knowledgable, helpful, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. 
Triblio is constantly evoling and bringing new products to the market - all of which only help us to meet and exceed our targets.

**What do you like best about Foundry ABM?**

Best platform in the market for generating leads and tracking all the follow-ups. Being able to manage and control multiple marketing channels simultaneously. IT targeting the customer's features is excellent and easy to use. The integration process is easy and makes your workflow so easier. With this, you can easily import data and collaborate with third-party applications in just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

Analyzing the issue is more accessible, but generating reports is quite clumsy sometimes.
The tools arrangement in this platform is not so good; nothing is arranged correctly. Which sometimes confuses me a lot while selecting an appropriate tool for the workflow.

With this software, we can reach our customers, engaging them in the most appropriate way. Planning has become so intuitive with this software for increasing our business and even increasing revenue. Being able to manage and track multiple campaign channels easily. Posting appropriate content to attract more and more customers.

Triblio is still a newer product, and some of the training material is still in development. While this has presented some difficulties in launching campaigns, the Triblio team has gone above and beyond personally educating us.

The platform includes a lot of CRM and sales/marketing tools for the betterment of all kinds of business. This software's syncing data feature unique; the data we gather and analyze helps us target the most genuine audience for our company. 
The UI of this software is too unique and very handy to use, as all the features are arranged appropriately and don't creat any confusion while selecting the tool for a preferred workflow.

The analyzing of data feature is not very good in this software; it needs more improvement. The downloading of this software is quite time consuming. And even challenging to integrate with third-party applications.

This amazing tool has made data management of our clients and other companies easier.  My account management staff is veryy happy using this platform as it is saving there a lot of time, and making there workflow more easier.

The number of different data points we are able to track and sync to CRM is vast. All of them, pulled together with our other firmographic and Customer data, really help steer our teams in the right direction. The data we've been able to consume has made a difference in how we prioritize our targets.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

Implementation and integration with our CRM was a bit of trial and error. For security reasons, we opted not to allow their teams access to our CRM for setup and instead handed that ourselves with on-staff system administrators and integration professionals. We discovered that the documentation provided left out data points/custom fields needed to configure the recommended analytics in the CRM. We went through 3 different custom field builds to finally bring in all the data points required.  I would have liked to see more details in their implementation guides.

**What problems is Foundry ABM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I am sure most companies do, we use several Go-To-Market tools. A few of them provide some amount of intent signaling or data points. But none provide the level of detail that Triblio does. Coupled with the ability to filter down the data and send alerts directly to our teams, we're able to alert folks in various ways regarding prospect intent and help prioritize targets for our Sales teams.

We used a very basic display advertising platform before. Triblio allows us to have unlimited orchestrations, provides great client support (regular check-ins, prompt replies for questions, great ideas for optimizing), and is driving more traffic to our site than the previous platform we used.

The platform, as they are transitioning it to a new ux, is glitchy and not always intuitive. It throws an error message whenever there aren't enough impressions to move on to the next stage, which is just stupid.

We are looking to get visibility in front of targeted accounts, stalled-no decision opportunities. The ads using Triblio's display platform is getting us great traction. I love the metrics. Triblio does all the things you'd want your ABM platform to do - account-based ads, web personalization, robust reporting, etc. But really what sets them apart has been their support and service. We have regular meetings with our Customer Success Manager and they have been so helpful in our usage of the product and encouraging new tactics to try.

I really don't have much in the way of negatives - it does what we want it to do.

Triblio offers a great overall solution to tackle a specifically targeted audience offering many solutions in their platform like gathering intent data from multiple networks. Specific networks in which they work give you a lot of flexibility with their intent data parameters offering multiple streams and adaptability. The platform also allows for the input of key accounts and contacts to deliver very targeted ads, although I have not been able to fully see positive results on this angle. Additionally, there are other sales enablement tools like Web Personalization and Personalized landing pages but we are not using those modules in our version of Triblio.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

The ad results are somewhat disappointing. I have been running multiple ads on a couple of thousands of dollars of spend and have not been able to see positive results until this day, we will continue to perfect our strategy but I feel that it was over hyped during the sales process.

We have a very specific niche within a niche and Triblio enables us to better target this audience of roughly (400 organizations) on a b2b basis. It is helping us understand the market better and craft our marketing strategy for the long-run

We are new the to ABM mindset and looking for an easy-to-use application to help our growing team. Triblio met our needs and has exceeded our expectations. It's given us the data and confidence to get our ABM strategy off the ground. The Triblio support team and our CSM is a rock star - helping to make getting started a breeze and helping to support our changing business needs.

For a small 3 person marketing team, resources (budget and time) are our biggest challenge. Although the Triblio application is easy to use, we struggle with how to manage and react to changing intent signals. If I had to add an item to a wishlist, I would say more robust reporting capabilities is an area of growth for the product. I know the Triblio product team is working on adding new functionality so I'm confident this needs with be addressed soon.

We were looking to Triblio to help get our ABM strategy off the ground. A big part of this was understanding first and third-party intent signals - understanding who is showing intent and providing that data to our sales team for follow-up. The google plugin with salesforce is very helpful. Allows our BDR and sales team real-time access to intent data so they can react to intent signals faster and with greater accuracy. We've also shifted some of our ad budgets in-house, which allows us to launch more personalized advertising more quickly.

The ease of use with Triblio is a standout feature of why we selected this ABM tool. We have multiple Marketing members utilizing this tool for both our existing customers and new prospect base. We are able to integrate the platform with our existing CRM and Marketo instance. This allows us to coordinate with demand gen managers, sales team, and social media personnel to have a unified strategy and message to our market.

Currently, Triblio is working on a new user interface that will have many more capabilities. The current instance only allows for 1 level of messaging per campaign. The new layout (rolling out early 2022) will allow for a multi-level approach to each contact/account where you will be able to tailor the message more and more with each interaction the prospect makes. Triblio has also allowed us to be a Beta test customer and provide feedback on the new proposed interface.

The Triblio ABM platform allows us to reach out to a market of prospects that we did not have access to before. We moved to Triblio from Terminus because of the platform's high functionality. The intent targeting within Triblio is excellent. Their DSP is powerful to find the right targets and serve ads with a much higher CTR than what we have seen before. I love the multiple features of the platform (we are not using everything just yet but moving towards a broader adoption). The product team is very agile and is willing to work with customers on rolling out custom functionality. Triblio is very forward-thinking and continuously evolves its product offering to be better, stronger, and more functional.

**What do you dislike about Foundry ABM?**

I wish there was an option to add a credit card for the media buy. Right now, it is not an option (the media spend has to be prepaid or, if using a credit card, there is a fee. I hear that the credit card option will be rolled out soon, though.
