## About Trepide
Trepide is an OCR tool that converts PDF to Word (DOCX) and PDF to Excel (XLSX), including scanned PDFs, and keeps the original layout: tables, headings and columns. It can translate a PDF during conversion, and translate existing Word documents. It also extracts data from PDFs based on a user's schema. Pricing is per page.

**What do you like best about Trepide?**

It’s easy to use, and it saves me time when I’m handling my admin tasks.

**What do you dislike about Trepide?**

I’m unable to use common photo formats such as PNG or JPG.

**What problems is Trepide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a translator, I often have to work with scanned PDFs as my source documents. Trepide helps me convert those files into Word documents, which saves me precious time and lets me focus on my actual work
