It has an intuitive workflow which we were able to map to our hybrid QMS. The deployment was easy, and the OneDrive synch and AI features have enhanced productivity. It has strengthened our compliance and helped in mitigating inspection deficiencies. **What do you dislike about TraxQM?** Overall, it works very well. There are some areas which could be optimised, but nothing that significantly impacts performance. **What problems is TraxQM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its has allowed us to have a risk based QMS and we have reduced our use of paper in our company. We are now able to manage our regulatory tasks in a more timely manner and are meeting our compliance needs more accurately. ### 2.
